Your Role & Responsibilities

Welcome, Squad Mod!

We're so excited to share this with you. Through extensive testing, we’ve developed a program that we really believe can change online networking for the better. We’re doing away with awkward requests to connect, impersonal templated introductions, and dead end coffee dates; instead, we’re focused on building actual relationships.

In supporting your Squad, you’ll play a key role in helping women build those relationships and reach their goals.

Plus, you gain a secret advantage in building your network - in facilitating meetings, you’ll create an immediate, important connection with every member of the group. Squad members have told us they loved the program for its consistency, intimacy and focus; we hope you’ll agree.

We'll be there every step of the way with instructions, advice, and support. No question is too small - email us directly, anytime. Here’s to working together to build a better way to network!

Why are we here?

Before we dive in - why online networking? We probably don’t have to tell you this, but the relationships we build with other professionals (our peers in other companies, the role models above us, even our friends in totally different industries) are what help us clarify and achieve our career goals. A trusted network of ambitious, like-minded women to go to with your questions and challenges is a game-changer when you’re trying to figure out how to get into your next role, how to start your own company, or how to be a better leader.

Your Roles & Responsibilities

For everything you do - thank you!

At Ellevate, we’re working to change the culture of business - from the inside out - to create a more just, equitable world. Our mission is to arm professional women with the support, community, and resources they need to create that change - both for themselves and for the world.

We really believe that Squads of supportive, like-minded women can create grassroots change that will help us get more women into power and leadership. You’re an important part of that.

So - thank you! Thank you for taking the time to invest in yourself, and thank you for supporting other women in their success, however they define it. Our hope is that you start open conversations, stay authentic, and create a respectful, kind environment where everyone is comfortable being vulnerable.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out along the way to let us know how we can best support you and the community.

Code of Conduct

Squads are a confidential space for you to support each other, to share your goals and challenges, to celebrate your wins, to clear your roadblocks and to hold one another accountable. Please keep Ellevate’s Values top of mind: be respectful, value the diversity of the group, practice gratitude, and search for action-oriented solutions.

We expect that you'll support your Squad by attending weekly video calls; by agreeing to be a Squad Mod, you are committing to this investment in yourself and others.
