Your Role & Responsibilities

Welcome, Squad Mod! 

We're so excited to share this with you. Through extensive testing, we’ve developed a program that we really believe can change online networking for the better. We’re doing away with awkward requests to connect, impersonal templated introductions, and dead end coffee dates; instead, we’re focused on building actual relationships. 

In supporting your Squad, you’ll play a key role in helping women build those relationships and reach their goals. 

Plus, you gain a secret advantage in building your network - in facilitating meetings, you’ll create an immediate, important connection with every member of the group. Squad members have told us they loved the program for its consistency, intimacy and focus; we hope you’ll agree. 

We'll be there every step of the way with instructions, advice, and support. No question is too small - email us directly, anytime. Here’s to working together to build a better way to network! 

Why are we here? 


Before we dive in - why online networking? We probably don’t have to tell you this, but the relationships we build with other professionals (our peers in other companies, the role models above us, even our friends in totally different industries) are what help us clarify and achieve our career goals. A trusted network of ambitious, like-minded women to go to with your questions and challenges is a game-changer when you’re trying to figure out how to get into your next role, how to start your own company, or how to be a better leader.

Your Roles & Responsibilities


As the Squad Mod, you’re responsible for setting up your Squad’s recurring meeting, managing the members of your Squad, and facilitating each week’s meetings.
